Frequently Asked Questions

What do we do in the art class?

You select a framed canvas with the background color of your choice. Next, you are given an opportunity to browse through our photo albums of previous student projects. After that, you will receive a short tutorial on how to do our mixed media art projects. The rest is to have fun and enjoy your hour of creativity. You don't have to be an artist to create a wonderful work of art.

The classes are held Mon-Sat at 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm.

Where are you located?

We are at 128 East Pine Ave St. George Island, Florida 32328.

How much are the classes?

The one-hour class includes the lesson, the framed canvas, the media, and the epoxy pour. Adults get an 11x14 project, and kids 6-13 get an 8X10 project. The cost is $40.00 for kids and $75.00 for adults.

Can I bring a child under 6?

Yes, children 4-6 can participate as long as a parent or guardian is there to help.

Is a glass art project safe for a child?

The mixed media art project contains nothing sharp. All the glass is tumbled glass, with no sharp edges. Also, there are sand, shells, and various nature items to utilize in their project.

When can we pick up our project?

All projects will be coated with an epoxy resin the evening of your class and will be available for pick up the next day after 10 am. If you are leaving early the next day to head home, let staff know, and we will leave your project in our outside drop box for your very early am pickup.
